What you will do

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures for the MEA region.
  • Coordinate responses to security incidents with internal departments and external agencies.
  • Design and oversee the installation of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
  • Oversee and direct complex and sensitive investigations.
  • Manage security personnel, ensuring training and effective deployment.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience in law enforcement, investigation, and/or physical security with a solid background in risk management.
  • Experience with threat and vulnerability planning and incident response.
  • Sound working knowledge of leading industry security tools, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing security personnel and executing security policies.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience within the financial sector.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP).
