What you will do

  • Act as the owner for customer API integrations, defining scope and delivering solutions tailored to specific use cases.
  • Serve as the key technical contact for customers, advising their engineering and product teams on optimal implementation paths with Gigs API.
  • Provide expert guidance on UX/UI and specific API endpoints required to build best-in-class user experiences.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex implementations and projects, shaping roadmaps, defining milestones, and tracking progress to ensure successful execution.
  • Ensure alignment across Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams, driving a shared vision and efficient execution.
  • Identify new feature opportunities to unlock use cases and collaborate with product and engineering to bring them to reality.
  • Understand the commercial fundamentals of each implementation to ensure successful delivery and high conversion user flows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS tech company.
  • Expertise in working with high-growth, product-led technology companies, ideally in FinTech or HR.
  • Demonstrated experience with complex API integrations and successful execution.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including managing multiple high-priority projects and using tools like Smartsheets, Asana, or Linear.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of APIs and webhooks, balancing product and commercial mindsets.
  • Mastery of written and verbal communication, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Proactive, creative, and hands-on approach, comfortable creating processes and assets from scratch.
