What you will do
- Implement and customize ServiceNow solutions focusing on core modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
- Gather requirements and design solutions tailored to client needs.
- Engage in client-facing communication to ensure project alignment.
- Collaborate on multiple ongoing and upcoming ServiceNow projects across Europe.
- Maintain active ServiceNow certifications and stay updated on platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
- Active ServiceNow certification (CSA required, CIS preferred)
- English working proficiency
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Remote work within the European Economic Area
Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Generative AI)
- Integration experience (REST, SOAP, API-based)
- Additional European language skills (German, Italian, Spanish, French)
