What you will do

  • Implement and customize ServiceNow solutions focusing on core modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
  • Gather requirements and design solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Engage in client-facing communication to ensure project alignment.
  • Collaborate on multiple ongoing and upcoming ServiceNow projects across Europe.
  • Maintain active ServiceNow certifications and stay updated on platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
  • Active ServiceNow certification (CSA required, CIS preferred)
  • English working proficiency
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Remote work within the European Economic Area

Nice to have

  • Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Generative AI)
  • Integration experience (REST, SOAP, API-based)
  • Additional European language skills (German, Italian, Spanish, French)
