Senior Product Manager (SaaS): Leading the Nutanix Test Drive platform, driving product-led growth for prospects, customers, and partners with an accent on user experience, product storytelling, and data-driven decision-making. Focus on leveraging generative AI for deeper personalization, increasing partner utilization, and scaling the platform across various products and cloud regions.

Location: Hybrid role with onsite expectations in San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo (minimum 3 days per week).

What you will do

  • Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Nutanix Test Drive platform, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead AI initiatives to enhance the Test Drive experience, delivering deeper personalization and accelerating customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver an intuitive user journey.
  • Monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for A/B testing flows and messaging to optimize outcomes.
  • Implement initiatives to increase the number of partners utilizing Test Drive and their associated metrics.
  • Gather feedback from users, field teams, and partners to inform product improvements and scale the platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, technical product marketing, or a related field in the B2B SaaS or enterprise software space.
  • A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, or datacenter technologies is a strong plus.
  • Experience with self-service SaaS products or demo environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate technical concepts into compelling product narratives.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with global teams located in various time zones.
  • Experience working in the Agile software development life cycle.

  • Experience with Nutanix products or the broader ecosystem.
  • Experience with product-led growth, partner-facing products, or B2B SaaS products, particularly within the datacenter domain.
  • A solid understanding of how applications are deployed on-premises and in the cloud across various global regions is essential.
  • Familiarity with key marketing metrics such as MQL, MEL, SAL, and web conversions.
  • Experience with growing the user base and/or revenue of a product is highly valuable.
