What you will do

  • Write and adapt platform-native copy ensuring consistent brand tone of voice.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to deliver assets on time and within brand specifications.
  • Monitor and proactively engage with the brand community to foster inclusivity.
  • Track performance metrics and collaborate with data analysts to build a learning loop for content optimization.
  • Stay current with platform algorithm changes and emerging digital trends to identify reactive content opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management for consumer brands (FMCG, beauty, or wellness).
  • Strong fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms and audience behaviors.
  • Proven ability to manage social content calendars and publishing workflows using tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • English: Professional proficiency required.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and report on reach, engagement, and audience growth.
