What you will do

  • Achieve market share growth, revenue, order/shipment volumes, and margin percentage goals for the assigned territory.
  • Develop and manage annual/joint business plans with dealers, conducting regular reviews to track progress.
  • Lead the market strategy within the region, engaging all relevant business partners of each vertical market segment.
  • Manage all regional business activities, including budget management, discounting, and account planning.
  • Hire, develop, and maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and committed sales staff.
  • Utilize Salesforce for active sales funnel management and provide timely, accurate regional reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • 4-6 years of successful contract/capital goods selling experience.
  • Advanced selling skills, including strategic, conceptual, issues-based, and consultative selling, as well as negotiation and contracts.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, collaboration, and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on listening.
  • Must be based in Dallas, TX.
  • US work authorization required (participates in E-Verify).
