What you will do
- Work with dedicated long-term e-commerce clients to identify growth opportunities and improve performance outcomes.
- Develop email & omnichannel strategies aligned with customer lifecycle models.
- Conduct audits for new incoming clients, including channel performance analysis and revenue optimization recommendations.
- Work closely with the team to ensure operational efficiency across client projects.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance and recommend improvements for customer retention.
- Support Omnisend-related account growth initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Email Marketing, working with multiple e-commerce brands.
- Demonstrated ability to develop performance-oriented strategies and audits.
- Strategic and analytic data-driven mindset to initiate improvements.
- Experience with Omnisend, Klaviyo, or other Email Marketing platforms for e-commerce.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
