- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies.
- Generate leads, negotiate agreements, and manage influencer relationships.
- Create content briefs and manage influencer content schedules.
- Monitor campaign budgets to achieve KPIs and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Refine internal processes for efficiency improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new creative campaign approaches.
- Support the Influencer Marketing manager.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in Lithuania office 3 days per week
- Proven experience in influencer marketing and lead generation with strong digital marketing knowledge.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and analytical skills for campaign optimization.
- Expertise in social media platforms, especially YouTube; Instagram and TikTok experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
