What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive efficient hiring processes.
- Build pipelines of active and passive talent, while nurturing long-term candidate relationships.
- Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview process design, and candidate evaluation.
- Track funnel performance, hiring progress, and recruiting outcomes.
- Support offer extension, negotiation, and close processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven success recruiting for Go-To-Market roles, particularly in Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
- Experience supporting hiring in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and closing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience using an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.

- Early-stage startup experience.
- Interest in Commercial Real Estate.
- Previous exposure to PropTech.
