What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (a-z) for Professional Services and Commercial teams.
- Partner with the business on efficient recruitment strategies to attract diverse and capable professionals.
- Ensure a high-priority candidate experience.
- Act as a sparring partner for business leaders and colleagues in the Services and Commercial TA team.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts.
- Participate in interviews, assessing candidates using different test assessments.
Requirements
- Extensive experience attracting niche-candidates into companies, with effective strategies in proactive recruitment including headhunting and executive search, ideally within Investment Management and Software.
- Experience recruiting technical business profiles and sales individuals.
- Proficient in handling many stakeholders and creating trust at all levels.
- Extensive experience in agency or in-house recruitment teams, with a preference for candidates who have worked on regional or global hiring initiatives.
- Advanced English skills and good communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Recruiting Module or similar HRIS.
- Experience with psychometric and technical test assessments.
