TL;DR

Maritime Portfolio Interoperability Test & Evaluation Lead: Leading the design and implementation of Interoperability (IOP) test planning to determine system under test (SUT) IOP requirements standards and criteria are met with an accent on DODI 8330.01 and JITC guidance and procedures. Focus on ensuring IOP test requirements and scenarios adequately cover Key Performance Parameters (KPPs).

Location: On-site in Fort Huachuca, AZ. Requires active Secret clearance on hire date with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance. Current TS/SCI is desired.

What you will do

  • Perform task management and administration actions over the entire task order, providing oversight, management, supervision, and control of the overall contract team.
  • Lead the overall T&E planning, preparation, execution, and reporting effort.
  • Design and implement IOP test planning documentation to determine system under test (SUT) IOP requirements standards and criteria are met.
  • Develop and maintain data collection and data management processes.
  • Support the IOP T&E Event Director as a participating member of the underway IOP Test team.
  • Ensure T&E reports are written in accordance with current JITC policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Requires active Secret security clearance on hire date with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance. Current TS/SCI is desired.
  • Requires a Doctorate and at least 4 years of experience; a Master’s degree and at least 10 years of experience; or a Bachelor’s and 16 years of experience.
  • Experience with DoD acquisition developmental/operational testing.
  • Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to write complex software developer-level issues in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner.
  • Attention to detail creating, reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, cross-functional teams, internal/external customers, and end-users.

Nice to have

  • Operational test experience with NAVSEA and/or NAVAIR is desired.
