What you will do
- Support end-to-end change approaches across technology rollouts and process redesigns.
- Design training strategies, curricula, and diverse learning materials including guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions to audiences of varying seniority levels.
- Partner with project teams to assess change impacts and identify affected audiences.
- Develop engaging change communications and coordinate stakeholder workshops.
- Measure adoption and engagement to identify risks and iterate on strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 3+ years of experience in change management, training, or organizational development.
- Hands-on experience supporting system implementations or process transformations.
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills for technical and professional audiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex info into user-friendly content.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work in cross-functional environments.
