What you will do

  • Support end-to-end change approaches across technology rollouts and process redesigns.
  • Design training strategies, curricula, and diverse learning materials including guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions to audiences of varying seniority levels.
  • Partner with project teams to assess change impacts and identify affected audiences.
  • Develop engaging change communications and coordinate stakeholder workshops.
  • Measure adoption and engagement to identify risks and iterate on strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada
  • 3+ years of experience in change management, training, or organizational development.
  • Hands-on experience supporting system implementations or process transformations.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills for technical and professional audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex info into user-friendly content.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work in cross-functional environments.
