What you will do

  • Establish technical objectives and own the delivery of configuration and asset management work.
  • Influence technical direction and resourcing at a senior management level across the organization.
  • Perform technical coaching and mentoring to develop the capabilities of team members.
  • Manage site-specific issues, escalations, and incident resolutions.
  • Drive best practices and improvements for telecommunications network security operations.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance.
  • Must have resided in the UK for at least 10 consecutive years.
  • Proven experience in telecommunications networks and configuration management.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and high-accuracy data handling using spreadsheets.
  • Capability to manage vendor relationships and network delivery workflows.
  • Strong commitment to safety, technical excellence, and process adherence.

Nice to have

  • ITIL accreditation or formal certification.
  • Previous experience in critical national infrastructure protection.
