What you will do
- Build and lead the data science function, mentoring peer analysts.
- Develop custom data models, algorithms, and predictive models to optimize business outcomes.
- Conduct churn and pipeline analysis to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Perform extensive data analysis to identify opportunities for process and product improvement.
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to executive-level management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business units to identify and leverage data for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytics and quantitative techniques.
- Advanced experience with statistical computer languages including R, Python, and SQL.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning techniques such as clustering, decision trees, and neural networks.
- Experience analyzing data from 3rd party providers like Google Analytics or Qualtrics.
- Ability to model and interpret data to drive product development and marketing techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights to leadership.
