  • Create static graphics and ad creatives for Meta and Google.
  • Edit both long-form and short-form videos with a performance-driven approach.
  • Bring your work to life with basic motion graphics and animated elements.
  • Contribute ideas for new ad formats, visual concepts, and campaign angles.
  • Work across multiple projects, managing deadlines and owning the quality of your work.

Requirements

  • Be curious, analytical, and always improving your craft based on what works.
  • Bring 2–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing.
  • Be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Understand creative strategy for performance-driven Meta ads.
  • Be a strong storyteller who knows how to hook viewers fast and keep them engaged.
  • Communicate clearly in English and thrive in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
