Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada. Office attendance is required 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), with Wednesday being optional.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the analytics roadmap for the Product organisation, partnering with Product leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, supporting their development and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Design and standardise experimentation frameworks, economy models, and KPI taxonomies across titles.
  • Serve as a senior thought partner to Product and Development leadership, translating findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee in-game instrumentation strategy and champion data literacy across the Product organisation.
  • Represent the data function in leadership forums and maintain quality/reliability of analytical outputs.

Requirements

  • Expert-level SQL, Tableau, Looker, and statistical/modelling methods.
  • Experience defining and owning an analytics roadmap aligned to product strategy.
  • Deep expertise in experimentation at scale (A/B, sequential, and multivariate testing).
  • Strong understanding of game economy design, modelling, and simulation.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship skills with a track record of developing analytical teams.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear, well-evidenced recommendations.

Nice to have

  • Background in mobile or free-to-play games.
