What you will do

  • Lead value-based conversations with mid-market customers to understand needs and offer tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and virtual selling.
  • Work closely with buying teams to create trust and clarity throughout the decision-making process.
  • Manage and close mid-sized sales opportunities confidently from negotiation to final agreement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or near Boston, MA with ability to work onsite 3 days a week
  • 3+ years experience in SaaS or mid-market sales with proven track record.
  • Strong communication skills with consultative and strategic selling approach.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, preferably with employee experience solutions.
