What you will do

  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success to shape deal and account strategies and lead onboarding.
  • Lead with a solutions-first mindset to align implementations with client business outcomes.
  • Act as the technical DRI and trusted advisor throughout solution delivery lifecycle including design, QA, and deployment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to advocate for client needs and drive product improvements.
  • Own technical components of RFPs, RFIs, and solution proposals.
  • Deliver customized product demos across web, iOS, Android, and cloud platforms.

Requirements

  • Location: United Kingdom
  • 7–10+ years in SaaS enterprise technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or implementation roles.
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Technical acumen with knowledge of APIs, web development, iOS, Android, and system integration.
  • Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
  • Bonus: experience in identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance.
