What you will do
- Lead and manage business continuity management and process security activities within the InfoSec team.
- Plan and implement Information Security Management System (ISMS) and conduct comprehensive risk assessments.
- Define, implement, and update security policies, standards, methodologies, and processes.
- Oversee internal security controls, define KPIs, and support business projects with security consulting.
- Mentor junior colleagues and act as a single point of contact for assigned projects.
- Increase security awareness and provide security documentation and contract reviews.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Bratislava, Slovakia or able to work hybrid from there
- Minimum 6 years of experience in information security.
- Strong decision-making skills under incomplete information and risk evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills in Slovak or Czech and English at least B2 level.
- Experience managing security areas or agendas independently.
- Ability to mentor and prioritize multiple complex tasks.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as SSCP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+ or willingness to obtain them.
- Experience with agile methodologies and ISO 27000 standards implementation.
- Experience defining internal controls, metrics, and KPIs.
