Salary: $76,900–$128,000 USD

What you will do

  • Facilitate comprehensive cloud-based DMS onboarding and user training across dealership departments.
  • Provide engaging instruction and guidance while configuring advanced SaaS workflows and system integrations.
  • Guide, mentor, and direct additional implementation specialists assigned to projects.
  • Obtain critical milestone signoffs from key dealership stakeholders.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate implementation risks, leveraging tools like Jira or Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with all dealership personnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience implementing B2B SaaS solutions (ERP, CRM, or similar).
  • Understanding of key onboarding and adoption metrics within a SaaS business model.
  • Demonstrated success managing customer change in a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interacting with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate technical jargon into consumable levels of understanding.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Ability to travel up to 90%.
