What you will do

  • Manage the technical deployment and optimization of the enterprise AI gateway and SaaS integrations.
  • Design and build custom AI Agents to automate internal support and repetitive cross-functional tasks.
  • Orchestrate workflows between SaaS tools using APIs and automation platforms like Workato or n8n.
  • Partner with Sales, HR, and Engineering departments to deliver tailored AI solutions that improve information accessibility.
  • Ensure strict data governance and security compliance within the AI environment.
  • Drive internal adoption through training, evangelism, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in AI and automation.
  • Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-level SaaS integrations and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in low-code/no-code automation tools or scripting with Python or Node.
  • Experience with enterprise search or knowledge management systems.
  • Strong ability to translate complex business needs into technical AI workflows.
