What you will do
- Maintain dashboards and scorecards on investment health, risks, and delivery progress for CIO and pillar leaders.
- Partner with Finance and Project Managers to track spend, FTE allocations, vendor usage, and ROI for IT programs.
- Facilitate project intake, prioritization workflows, and alignment to strategic themes.
- Support adoption of delivery frameworks, governance compliance, and process documentation.
- Maintain PMO analytics, automation, and operational tooling, including Jira and Smartsheet.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in program/portfolio management, business analytics, or technology operations.
- Strong analytical skills, comfort with financial and delivery data.
- Ability to partner well cross-functionally and influence through data.
- Has operated in a Portfolio / PMO model under the Office of the CIO.
