What you will do

  • Build and deploy autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and interacting with external tools.

  • Integrate AI/ML models into production environments utilizing CI/CD and containerization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to align AI initiatives with strategic business goals.
  • Lead code reviews and mentor junior team members on AI best practices and model deployment.

Requirements

  • Must have legal right to work in the UK.
  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science or AI roles with hands-on foundation model implementation.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, with a preference for Google Cloud (GCP).
