What you will do
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of applications hosted in Azure cloud environments.
- Develop and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.
- Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to define user journeys and establish service level indicators (SLIs).
- Automate operational processes and continuously improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
- Strong experience implementing and applying Site Reliability Engineering practices.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments and cloud infrastructure management.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and communication skills in cross-team environments.
