What you will do

  • Design, plan, and organize corporate training and development courses.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with external training and research institutions.
  • Support the organization of mandatory occupational safety and apprenticeship training.
  • Assist in the early phases of recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
  • Contribute to climate analysis activities and maintain internal HR management databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude and orientation toward people.
  • Respect for confidentiality and deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in HR.
  • Theoretical knowledge of Italian occupational health and safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/2008).
  • Understanding of apprenticeship legislation and professional training funds.
