What you will do
- Design, plan, and organize corporate training and development courses.
- Manage ongoing relationships with external training and research institutions.
- Support the organization of mandatory occupational safety and apprenticeship training.
- Assist in the early phases of recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
- Contribute to climate analysis activities and maintain internal HR management databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude and orientation toward people.
- Respect for confidentiality and deadlines.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in HR.
- Theoretical knowledge of Italian occupational health and safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/2008).
- Understanding of apprenticeship legislation and professional training funds.
