What you will do

  • Manage client engagements from initiation through to close.
  • Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary Korn Ferry teams across geographies and solution areas.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Track engagement financials, including budgets, forecasts, billing, and revenue recognition.

Requirements

  • Experience managing or supporting delivery of complex consulting engagements or programmes.
  • Proven ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of project and programme management disciplines.
  • Experience within professional services, consulting, or complex client environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
