What you will do
- Review and approve operational solution designs.
- Partner with the commercial team during client negotiations and proposal development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring clear role accountability.
- Define and gain alignment on key engagement KPIs and SLAs, ensuring all reporting aligns with requirements.
- Support and guide iRPO team recruiting efforts specific to the account.
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets based on contractually agreed SLAs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or ten years of equivalent work experience.
- Ten years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience partnering with sales for pitches and solution designs.
- Understanding of SLAs/SOW and revenue/pricing models.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop sound recommendations.
