What you will do

  • Review and approve operational solution designs.
  • Partner with the commercial team during client negotiations and proposal development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring clear role accountability.
  • Define and gain alignment on key engagement KPIs and SLAs, ensuring all reporting aligns with requirements.
  • Support and guide iRPO team recruiting efforts specific to the account.
  • Establish daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets based on contractually agreed SLAs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or ten years of equivalent work experience.
  • Ten years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience partnering with sales for pitches and solution designs.
  • Understanding of SLAs/SOW and revenue/pricing models.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop sound recommendations.
