What you will do
- Design and deliver high-quality Assessment & Succession solutions.
- Lead client relationships and complex projects, defining scope, outcomes, and resourcing.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and contribute to proposals.
- Provide feedback and development planning based on assessment insights.
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs in virtual and in-person formats.
- Mentor and coach consultants, project managers, and operations colleagues.
Requirements
- Relevant advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) preferred; minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Established credentials in leadership assessment, succession, and talent management.
- Experience with assessment tools and methodologies.
- Professional training as a business coach and a proven track record in leadership development.
- Experience conducting needs analyses and designing integrated talent solutions.
- Fluency in Dutch & English
