What you will do

  • Design and deliver high-quality Assessment & Succession solutions.
  • Lead client relationships and complex projects, defining scope, outcomes, and resourcing.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and contribute to proposals.
  • Provide feedback and development planning based on assessment insights.
  • Design and facilitate leadership development programs in virtual and in-person formats.
  • Mentor and coach consultants, project managers, and operations colleagues.

Requirements

  • Relevant advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) preferred; minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Established credentials in leadership assessment, succession, and talent management.
  • Experience with assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Professional training as a business coach and a proven track record in leadership development.
  • Experience conducting needs analyses and designing integrated talent solutions.
  • Fluency in Dutch & English
