What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Enterprise accounts and a set of prospects.
- Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned with customer business objectives and prospects potential.
- Drive upsells, cross-sell, and transformation initiatives (Cloud migration, AI, Digital).
- Engage with C-level and senior executives to position business value.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with large deal structures.
- Build and leverage an ecosystem of partners and system integrators to consolidate existing account and develop new ones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of Enterprise software sales experience with proven success in CCaaS, SaaS, or Cloud solutions.
- Strong track record managing large, complex Enterprise accounts in Italy, as well as experience developing new markets.
- Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in long and complex sales cycles.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
