- Shape the overall product strategy and drive key decisions about product direction.

Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience in a product design role.
- Exceptional visual and user interface design skills, grounded in user-centered design principles.
- Strong sense of consistency, color, typography, and an eye for detail.
- Ability to grasp complex issues and distill them into clear, focused solutions.
- Effectively communicate product direction under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, coolness under pressure, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for design.

Hiring process
- Screening Call: 30-minute video call with the Talent Team.
- First Stage: 30-minute video call or in-person meeting with the Lead Product Designer.
- Second Stage: 1-hour in-person portfolio review with the Lead Product Designer and Deputy CPO.
