What you will do
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales leadership to drive enablement initiatives.
- Translate complex technical product information into clear, actionable content for GTM teams.
- Design and execute end-to-end enablement programs including onboarding, training, and certifications.
- Create diverse enablement materials such as presentations, videos, playbooks, and toolkits.
- Manage centralized content repositories ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Act as liaison between sales and wider company, managing internal communication channels.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in payments sector with expert understanding of payment flows.
- 2+ years in Sales, Revenue or Product Enablement, Product Marketing, Account Management or Sales role in B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Solid understanding of enterprise sales motions and GTM team needs.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Google Slides, and optionally Camtasia.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and proactive ownership.
