What you will do
- Serve as the strategic owner for client SEO programs, creating and managing 6–12 month roadmaps.
- Perform advanced technical SEO audits to resolve crawlability, site architecture, and performance issues.
- Translate analytics and performance data into clear, actionable business insights for clients.
- Lead client relationships, provide executive-level communication, and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines across cross-functional teams including content, design, and development.
- Execute local SEO strategies and Google Business Profile optimizations for multi-location organizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a track record of measurable results in local and e-commerce campaigns.
- Expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and white-hat link building.
- Proven agency account management experience, including mentoring junior team members.
- Proficiency in SEO toolsets: GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
- Must be able to lawfully work in the United States.
- Strong critical thinking and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Technical skills including HTML/CSS, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Familiarity with Google’s E-E-A-T guidelines and scalable multi-location SEO.
