What you will do
- Oversee the end-to-end performance and evolution of 24/7 crisis lines, critical incident response, and managerial referral services.
- Translate enterprise customer needs into scalable clinical operating models.
- Partner with Product, Legal, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead and mentor a multi-layered clinical organization and large frontline team.
- Drive standardization of clinical protocols, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage KPIs regarding access, quality, utilization, and cost-to-serve to ensure data-driven performance.
Requirements
- Must possess an active independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN).
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, EAP, or crisis services.
- Experience overseeing large frontline teams of 100+ FTEs.
- Direct experience managing 24/7 clinical operations including workforce planning and risk oversight.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Strong operational acumen with a track record of driving change in fast-scaling matrixed environments.
