What you will do
- Administer HR policies and programs in accordance with African countries' labor legislation and internal company standards.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Handle HR administrative documentation, including employment contracts and official letters, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate with an outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Organize onboarding processes and support new hires with documentation and integration.
- Monitor changes in labor and migration legislation, adapting HR practices to local legal frameworks.
Requirements
- Higher education in HR, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of African countries' Labour Law.
- Proven experience working with external vendors.
- Fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
