What you will do

  • Administer HR policies and programs in accordance with African countries' labor legislation and internal company standards.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Handle HR administrative documentation, including employment contracts and official letters, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Coordinate with an outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Organize onboarding processes and support new hires with documentation and integration.
  • Monitor changes in labor and migration legislation, adapting HR practices to local legal frameworks.

Requirements

  • Higher education in HR, Law, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of African countries' Labour Law.
  • Proven experience working with external vendors.
  • Fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
