What you will do

  • Supervise, oversee, lead, and motivate the Account Management team to exceed business KPIs.
  • Establish monthly and quarterly performance targets and coach team members on DoiT processes.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex deal challenges, contract reviews, and discount approvals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine account strategy and the AE to AM handoff process.
  • Support the delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for cloud vendors and strategic customers.
  • Drive customer engagement, growth, and retention across a balanced book of business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management within software, ISV, or cloud-based sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience working with major public cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and mentor a remote professional team.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate high-level customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for a distributed global team.
  • Must be based in North America and able to align with all AMER time zones.
