What you will do
- Supervise, oversee, lead, and motivate the Account Management team to exceed business KPIs.
- Establish monthly and quarterly performance targets and coach team members on DoiT processes.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex deal challenges, contract reviews, and discount approvals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine account strategy and the AE to AM handoff process.
- Support the delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for cloud vendors and strategic customers.
- Drive customer engagement, growth, and retention across a balanced book of business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management within software, ISV, or cloud-based sectors.
- Demonstrated experience working with major public cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and mentor a remote professional team.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate high-level customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for a distributed global team.
- Must be based in North America and able to align with all AMER time zones.
