What you will do
- Analyze and document business requirements across global teams, specifically for P2P and finance workflows.
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Ensure all functional solutions strictly adhere to Oracle EBS 12.2 standards and local compliance requirements.
- Support the full project lifecycle, including system design, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live activities.
- Assist in supplier onboarding, contract management, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners and workstream leads to maintain ERP template integrity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing ERP project lifecycles.
- Hands-on technical and functional expertise in Oracle EBS 12.2 P2P or financial modules.
- Strong knowledge of payment workflows, invoicing, and end-to-end procurement processes.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse time zones and multicultural environments.
- Strong communication and analytical skills for translating functional needs into technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, or Lean methodologies.
