What you will do

  • Analyze and document business requirements across global teams, specifically for P2P and finance workflows.
  • Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
  • Ensure all functional solutions strictly adhere to Oracle EBS 12.2 standards and local compliance requirements.
  • Support the full project lifecycle, including system design, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live activities.
  • Assist in supplier onboarding, contract management, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners and workstream leads to maintain ERP template integrity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing ERP project lifecycles.
  • Hands-on technical and functional expertise in Oracle EBS 12.2 P2P or financial modules.
  • Strong knowledge of payment workflows, invoicing, and end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse time zones and multicultural environments.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills for translating functional needs into technical documentation.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion, SQL, and Excel.
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, or Lean methodologies.
