What you will do
- Oversee the development of BI solutions, reporting frameworks, and data visualization tools.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business goals and operational excellence.
- Analyze trends and ensure data accuracy to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and mentor data analysts while fostering a data-driven culture.
- Collaborate across departments to align BI activities with group IT, commercial, and plant operations.
- Present findings to stakeholders to influence decision-making and secure buy-in for initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles (including process optimization).
- Higher education in Economics, International Business, or Finance.
- Strong expertise in analytics, business acumen, and technical proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
- Must be based in or able to work from Vienna, Austria.
