What you will do

  • Take ownership and lead all CRO-related activities, improving processes and infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies focused on boosting performance across all digital channels.
  • Conduct deep user behavior analysis using data, heatmaps, session recordings, and other research tools.
  • Manage a structured A/B testing roadmap, aligning with company-wide strategies and growth priorities.
  • Create and optimize funnels and landing pages to maximize user acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of CRO experience, preferably in fast-paced, product-led environments.
  • Be highly analytical and comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, etc.
  • Have a solid understanding of key business metrics: Revenue, LTV, CR, ROAS.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
