What you will do
- Identify and qualify new mid-market sales opportunities and maintain pipeline using Salesforce.
- Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored SaaS proposals to prospective clients.
- Manage negotiation and deal closure processes to onboard new clients.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Merchant, and Customer Success teams to ensure solution feasibility.
- Provide market feedback to improve go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, HR, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in SaaS or digital platforms.
- Experience in mid-market prospecting and consultative selling.
- Strong Salesforce CRM skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- English language skills are an advantage for communication and training.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based in Santiago with regular travel.
