What you will do

  • Manage and optimize CRM lifecycle journeys for existing buyers and lapsed users across value segments to generate repeat purchases, reactivation, and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Plan and execute targeted CRM communications across email, push notifications, and on-site or in-app messaging.
  • Monitor CRM performance, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and timing to improve engagement and repeat purchase rates.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, performance marketing, analytics, and creative teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with broader marketing strategies and deliver a consistent customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing, ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital platforms.
  • Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms (experience with Braze is a big plus) and managing lifecycle campaigns across email and push channels.
  • Experience in supporting product launches, delivering key messages across a wide range of audiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive projects forward.
  • Ability to analyze CRM performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements in segmentation, messaging, and targeting.
  • Ability to leverage AI-driven tools for campaign optimization, copywriting, and reporting.
