What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective small business customers through outbound outreach and networking.
  • Conduct face-to-face consultative meetings to understand client needs and present value-led solutions.
  • Consistently meet performance targets by winning new business and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Develop deep product knowledge to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for existing customers.
  • Represent the company as a credible ambassador in the field and share market insights to improve internal processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role, with field sales experience preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills suited for a field-based environment.
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
