What you will do
- Generate go-to-market strategies with Senior Client Partners and Managing Associates.
- Conduct thorough research to identify key companies and build accurate candidate lists.
- Perform phone interviews with candidates to assess their fit for roles.
- Present key research findings and progress reports to team members and clients.
- Manage deadlines and deliverables for multiple ongoing searches.
- Maintain data quality and accuracy in internal databases.
Requirements
- Three+ years of relevant experience in HR, search, selection, or consultancy.
- Experience in active candidate identification, sourcing, or comparable research.
- Excellent analytical skills and self-motivation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both oral and in writing (C1).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
