What you will do

  • Generate go-to-market strategies with Senior Client Partners and Managing Associates.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify key companies and build accurate candidate lists.
  • Perform phone interviews with candidates to assess their fit for roles.
  • Present key research findings and progress reports to team members and clients.
  • Manage deadlines and deliverables for multiple ongoing searches.
  • Maintain data quality and accuracy in internal databases.

Requirements

  • Three+ years of relevant experience in HR, search, selection, or consultancy.
  • Experience in active candidate identification, sourcing, or comparable research.
  • Excellent analytical skills and self-motivation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and in writing (C1).
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
