What you will do
- Prospect for new opportunities and present the consulting and staff augmentation program to prospective customers across North America
- Work closely with sales and presales to identify and validate potential agility-based engagements and Locate, validate, and present qualified consultants
- Establish, maintain, and develop effective customer and consultant relationships and manage customer and consultant escalations.
- Follow existing processes in the delivery of the agility offering and make recommendations for changes or improvements
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Advise and partner with account managers to identify opportunities for staff augmentation with customers, perform phone screens, conduct interviews, and manage offer processes.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 + years’ of recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in business development and account management within IT consulting and/or professional services
- A strong background in recruiting for complex, technical positions (Solution Architects, System Engineers, Project Managers and Program Managers.)
- Experience presenting to C-Suite and other decision makers.
- Ability to build confidence and strong partnerships with customer hiring managers, drive proposals, and achieve targeted revenue and margin goals.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage your time efficiently in a team oriented environment and a college or university degree is desired.
