What you will do
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional SAP delivery squads.
- Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Oversee Retrofit implementation activities across SAP modules and ensure delivery milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Manage dependencies between SAP streams and other program components.
- Monitor risks and proactively mitigate delivery challenges, ensuring compliance with the global SAP template and program architecture.
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions, ensuring effective communication across international project teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large IT transformation programs.
- Strong experience leading SAP delivery teams or agile squads.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or rollout programs.
- Background in SAP program delivery, digital transformation, or IT program management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in international and distributed teams and fluent in Hungarian and English.
