What you will do
- Collaborate with partners to develop strategic business plans aligned with regional digital initiatives.
- Leverage market intelligence to position solutions and diagnose partner needs.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships within the partner community.
- Manage distribution and logistics ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
- Identify and recruit new partners in key sectors like Government, BFSI, and Energy.
- Lead partner training and certification programs adapted to local culture.
- Conduct performance reviews and audits to ensure partner growth targets are met.
- Support sales cycles by coordinating with internal teams for complex regional tenders.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Riyadh or within Middle East & Africa region with willingness to travel extensively.
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years experience in Channel Management in IT.
- Strong knowledge of IT management software, observability, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and cultural fluency in regional business etiquette.
- Familiarity with regional procurement laws and data residency requirements.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex partner ecosystems using OKRs.
