What you will do
- Lead and evolve the Information Security function for a 600+ person organization.
- Establish security governance and proactive/reactive security measures.
- Collaborate with the Central InfoSec team and lead the internal Security guild.
- Drive security compliance frameworks, including NIS2 implementation.
- Work across tech and non-tech teams to integrate security into business processes.
- Manage incident response for security-related events.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience as a Security Engineer or Developer.
- Strong background in stakeholder management and communication.
- Experience managing company-wide security programs or projects.
- Proficiency in implementing security standards and policies.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud environments.
- Understanding of the latest AI trends.
