What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the European team to exceed revenue targets through effective upselling and value-selling techniques.
  • Oversee content strategies, including webinars and targeted campaigns.
  • Drive efficiency by monitoring team activity and outreach quality through data-driven insights.
  • Manage resource allocation across European markets.
  • Produce technical performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years as a Team Leader in SMB B2B SaaS Sales (Mandatory).
  • Languages: Fluent English (Mandatory); other European languages (German, Italian, French) are a strong plus.
  • Skills: Expertise in Inside Sales/Expansion coaching, objection handling, and data interpretation.
  • Tools: Salesforce/CRM proficiency and Sales Acceleration (Hubspot, outreach)
