Junior SysOps Engineer (Cloud): Managing the lifecycle of software suites and deploying measurement networks across cloud (AWS/Azure) and physical infrastructure with an accent on system administration, network maintenance, and security protocols. Location: Tunis, Tunisia (Onsite). Requires ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules to ensure 24/7 operational continuity, with occasional on-call support during weekends or holidays.
What you will do
- Manage the lifecycle of IP-Label software suites.
- Deploy and configure measurement networks across Cloud (AWS/Azure) and physical infrastructure.
- Administer and maintain system and network architectures to ensure high availability.
- Supervise systems and applications, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks or failures.
- Implement and manage IT security protocols related to SysOps activities.
- Provide Level 1 technical support and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A first experience (internship or initial role) in systems administration or IT support.
- Basic understanding of Cloud computing (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with network protocols and system security.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Interest in pursuing AWS Cloud Practitioner/SysOps Administrator Associate, Azure Fundamentals/Administrator Associate, or Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) certifications.
