What you will do
- Define global events strategy, objectives, and ROI frameworks for both owned and third-party events.
- Lead planning and delivery of multi-region events, managing end-to-end logistics, production, and vendor relationships.
- Build scalable playbooks and repeatable processes to optimize the events engine.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership in Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure events align with go-to-market priorities.
- Manage a global team of 5 event managers, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Monitor performance metrics, including pipeline maturation and cost efficiency, to inform future investment strategy.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in events, experiential, or integrated marketing roles.
- Proven ownership of large-scale global flagship summits and executive-level experiences.
- Background in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments.
- Deep operational rigor including budgeting, risk management, and vendor management.
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in ROI and pipeline attribution.
- Must be able to work from SF or New York offices as part of an office-centric hybrid model.
