What you will do

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for cloud database users
  • Investigate and resolve customer technical issues, report bugs

Requirements

  • Must be based in Tel Aviv for hybrid work
  • General knowledge of operating systems and scripting (Linux, bash)
  • Hands-on networking experience
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Technical or non-technical customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly

Nice to have

  • Experience with database architecture and administration
  • Knowledge of automation tooling and APIs
  • Systems administration and distributed systems understanding
  • Familiarity with genAI concepts and technologies
  • Programming experience in Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, Node, or Go
